The Role
We’re looking for a part-time Social Media Coordinate and Events Planner. This position will be responsible for helping manage the company's social media accounts, along with those of various company execs, as well as help manage and coordinate in-person events.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Social Media Management
  • Create and post engaging content on social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, etc.).
  • Chop up and prepare videos and reels for YouTube and Instagram.
  • Develop witty and engaging captions and posts that resonate with our audience.
  • Monitor and respond to social media interactions and messages.

Video Content Creation:
  • Edit and produce high-quality video content for various social media platforms.
  • Ensure all video content aligns with our brand voice and strategy.

Event Planning:
  • Plan and coordinate in-person events, including logistics, scheduling, and vendor management.
  • Promote events through social media channels to maximize attendance and engagement.
  • Handle event setup, execution, and post-event activities.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
  • Proficiency in video editing software and tools.
  • Strong understanding of social media trends and algorithms.
  • Exceptional writing skills with a flair for wit and humor.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Experience in planning and coordinating events.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
